Clamcleat CL239 Major Rope Cleat with Spring Gate
The red gate is flipped up by hand to keep the rope out of the alloy cleat and also to prevent unintentional entry of the rope into the cleat.
The Clamcleat CL240 is a modified CL220.
The Clamcleat CL240 Major Rope Cleat with Spring Gate can be used with the Cl805 Tapered Pad, CL2245 Stainless Steel Fairlead as well as the PT240GATE replacement Red Spring Gate.
Also available in Nylon – CL239. For smaller size ropes, look at the Nylon CL237 or Aluminium CL238.
