Clamcleat CL239 Major Rope Cleat with Spring Gate
The red gate is flipped up by hand to keep the rope out of the alloy cleat and also to prevent unintentional entry of the rope into the cleat.
The Clamcleat CL239 is a modified CL205.
The cleat is manufactured from UV resistant plastic making it cost effective and ideal for holding rope in an outdoor environment. Its simple design has led to it being fitted on anything from boats to farm equipment.
The Clamcleat CL239 Major Rope Cleat with Spring Gate can be used with the Cl805 Tapered Pad, CL2245 Stainless Steel Fairlead as well as the PT240GATE replacement Red Spring Gate.
Also available in Aluminium – CL240. For smaller size ropes, look at the Nylon CL237 or Aluminium CL238.
