Alltek AMEC CAMINO-101 AIS Class B Transponder – SALE
With the CAMINO-101 AIS Class B Transponder, not only can you monitor the status of ships in your area, but you can also obtain dynamic information (position, speed, SOG, etc.), static information (ship name, MMSI, call number, etc.) and voyage information (cargo type, destination, etc.) from all ships equipped with AIS devices. An external computer with AMEC AIS viewer software or an AIS capable chart plotter/radar is required to display this data.
The CAMINO-101 AIS enables real-time exchange of information within the AIS network. It is also capable of integrating with other maritime systems, such as electronic chart system (hereinafter referred to as “ECS”) for various maritime applications. Camino-101 features 2 RF receivers and 1 RF transmitter.
In addition, the Alltek CAMINO-101 AIS Class B Transponder is equipped with 3 LED displays on the front of the device.
On the back of the unit there is:
- FM antenna connector
- GPS antenna connector
- Optional Bluetooth connector and antenna (Camino-101W)
- NMEA0183 interface connector
- RS232 interface (Camino-101A/B supports Tx-Off Switch Box via this connector)
